HIGH LEVEL RUGBY TRAINING CAMPS

Do you need to progress and improve your game? Each programme in our high performance and high level summer rugby camps is designed to cover the technical, tactical, mental and physical skills that are essential for you to reach your full potential as a rugby player. Focused on position-specific workshops, building up skills, mental strength, the ability to read the game and self-management, our training camps are designed to improve player performance both on and off the field. Our training camps are fully immersive, which means that participants stay together on site for the duration of the camp in a 100% rugby-dedicated environment.

The AIR Top Coaches are selected from among elite current and former rugby players, giving participants the opportunity to learn directly from the most talented people in the rugby world. The programmes offered below may be modified according to the different levels of the students at the “Académie Internationale de Rugby” (AIR). The aim is to enable students to benefit from training sessions similar to those of professional players. The AIR students train like pros, with pros! PERFORMANCE TRAINING CAMP

Stage rugby m17-18

The Performance rugby course is aimed at players born in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and with an FFR licence (or equivalent abroad) who want to develop their technical, physical and mental performance.

IMPROVEMENT TRAINING CAMP

The Improvement training camp is intended for players born in 2011 and 2012 with an FFR licence (or foreign equivalent) who want to develop their technical, physical and mental performance.

Full board for 7 days/6 nights
You can pay in 2 instalments at no extra cost.
Some Works Councils will pay for all or part of your children’s sports activities.

What’s included in the camp

  • Full board accommodation and meals for 7 days / 6 nights in a double room at the CREPS in Toulouse
  • Return transfer from airport or train station to CREPS with a dedicated shuttle bus
  • Lecture theatre classes (video analysis, lectures, mental preparation, nutrition, etc.)
  • Access to facilities linked to the camp programme
  • Access to the personalised monitoring platform for 1 year (player support)
  • A post-camp technical and tactical assessment
  • A detailed evaluation of strengths and weaknesses at each position and the main areas for development

Each player will be assigned a coach specialising in the position, usually a former or current professional or even international player.They will work in coordination with a general coach (1 coach for 12 players), which will give the player a detailed understanding of their qualities, progress and the issues linked to their position during the roll-out of their development plan.

Players will be offered personalised support, on request, for one year via videoconference, where they will be able to continue their exchanges with the coaches.
